Technically he wasn't retired. Reverse Flash was a Dallas Comic Con exclusive (production of 2,000 for regular and 500 for the glow in the dark version) in the US -- the normal version was released as a GR POP overseas. This usually happens for the most part -- I believe the only one that didn't...
As others have mentioned they have brought back some retired POPs, but they have only been Star Wars. Funko stated that they might do it with other lines as well, but there hasn't been any concrete news about which ones.
I have her. She is one of my favorites.
I originally got Donald Duck at the Disney store and then picked up Homer at Barnes and Noble. I picked up a few SDCC ones along the way but didn't go all in until Venom was announced.

It hey are attached by pegs on their feet but they come right off.
To clarify the BOGO at FYE. It excludes preview exclusives and entertainment earth exclusives. Apparently it came from corporate that they aren't eligible. And they are $12.99 for the exclusives now. The exclusives are unmasked...
With the SDCC exclusives my local hot topic had 30+ each, but there was still a limit of 3 per style. I believe that is their general rule regardless of how many they have -- for Con exclusives.
I was hoping for another White Lantern, but this will do. haha
