I just checked my pair of Royals from Jimmy Jazzy. Same as others have said, the Nike Air swooshes on the outsoles are different from another. The right pair matches the "correct" ones, while the left pair matches your "incorrect" short swoosh pair. It's not the same colorway, but at least...
Don't worry about the suede being different between the left and right shoes or different sections of the upper. My pairs suffer from the same thing, most notably on the toeboxes.
I also have a pair of blue suede Air Max 90 Essentials where the suede differs between the left and right shoes...
Couldn't check out for an eternity... then finally my cart loaded up. Then I couldn't paypal checkout for an hour, so I used regular checkout and got through immediately hah. Confirmation email in as well....
All the previous cw's sold out on release day, not counting the scattered returns/restocks here and there. They weren't sold-out-in-seconds stupid though. It'd take a bit.
This is more correct. You don't see close to full size runs just getting pulled and all of a sudden Eastbay has no stock left. You see only select sizes available after the initial purchases at release, with the rest selling soon afterwards. There just aren't many available to begin with.
Nike does have a 2 year warranty, so you can contact them about it and see what they can do for you. It's too bad that your pair blew out on you though =(.
Congrats to all who got their pair! I wish I could've picked these up, but decided to save for more spending money at EDC / Vegas. Maybe down the line I can buy and hopefully the price won't be so outrageous--maybe even a trade.
I've never run into problems with mine. Maybe it is the orthotics because the material between the zoom bags and your foot and ground (I've heard someone wore through the sole pretty quickly on these?) is relatively thin.
Sort of, but not really. There's extra webbing between the fingers/lace loops on the Lites. The tongue between the two versions is slightly different. Also the carbon fiber heel counter and fuse layer on the toe are outside of the shroud on the regular XX8's, so I dunno how you would actually...
