There's an all-star blank that I am thinking about picking up and turning into a D Rose. I was wondering, if I send to EPS, would they also do the logo on the back neck? Or would I have to find somewhere else to send it?

I haven't seen one new but there were 2 48s used that popped up like 2 months ago or something like that and both went over $400. There are quite a few Kemp all star jerseys popping up. I saw a guy that had 10 or so listed at over $300.
