yea, i have anywhere from 5-8 meals a day.  But i know that my protein shake work is lacking.  I will try and get at least one shake in, but all my meals have actual meat or a protein source in it.  Only reason I havent really turned to shakes.  -J23C

fellas, been noticing a TON of gains in my strength and aesthetics. Looking bigger and looking better than ever. However, I have yet to see really any gains on the weight scale. What gives? anyone else have this problem, or have this issue. Its not really a problem, but Im trying to GAIN...

i cant stay away from juice and mountain dew smh... was thinking of doing 2 a days for about a month....anyone ever do this? I feel like if I can get into a routine it should be easy, and having the free time and dedication too... -J23C

^^ no way, ps3, xbox, ipods etc are all held in a locked case. Only the supervisors have access to it. Those things are watched like hawks. however, the TV's are out on the floor. -J23C
