Well, let me say it like this- I like zoom, in conjunction with foam. Im personally a fan of the original zoom setup in the 5, with the small met bag in the front and the zoom bag in the back, encapsulated in a foam midsole. Lets the zoom bag expand and contract so to speak and the foam also...

I try to tell people, this big zoom bag/zoom turbo crap is overrated af. Nothing cushions impact like foam. NOTHING! Ask a runner.

These fit wicked small, couldn’t believe it until I tried them myself. I am a 9.5 in most Nikes, sometimes a 9. Had to get a 10 in these. First time ever going above 9.5. definitely try them on if you can first.

I am glad they are releasing this half assed whack colorway. This will be the flop that goes on clearance and can be had for $70 bucks, looks just decent enough to buy, and goes directly to the hardwood, sparing my other pairs from destruction. :smile:

Need a laker colorway (any one of them will do- home, away, POP, whatever), del sols, Black Big Stage, Inlines, Dark knights, and All Stars. Will buy any and all. Couldnt get myself to get the chaos, not my thing. Not a big bruce lee colorway fan either.

So after about 4 days of wearing them non stop and hooping in them on day one and day 4, I agree with what most of those that hoop in them have said. Love the way they look. Love the way they fit. Love the lightness. But I HATE the way they perform. These are honestly bad basketball shoes...

lol they arent the worst, but they aint me. Not what I am used to from the Kobe 4 on. I grew up playing in bricks (AF 1's, Grant Hills, etc), so I got spoiled over the years. These were too much of a throwback to the old days. Come on Protro 5's!

These are not good basketball shoes. Guys that like playing in these also like playing in foamposites and air force ones. Fight me.

PG 3 are garbage! Try KD 12s maybe? Good cushion and fairly light. I love hooping in the "protro" 4s.

put these on the court and they are top notch. Better than I remember, very plush, good cushion in heel and forefoot, Eff your FLZ.

SNKRS doesn’t like me today, keep getting error about can’t log in from my server. Not on WiFi or vpn. Eh whatever, blessing in disguise, house of hoops near me had them. I’m impressed, they look good and feel good. If they aren’t full zoom, I won’t miss it.
