Frankly, I don't see what all the fuss is about these MCAs other than OW affiliation and limited numbers. I'm sure it has already been said that they're a clean shoe, sure, but no way near "deserving" (subjective, I know) of their market value (in my opinion). They look like standard Air Force...
Interesting; sounds like they're made in similar numbers to the earlier releases of Yeezy 350 Boosts, yet those have rarely crossed the 4 figure mark. Then we have shoes like the less limited Chicago OWs (compared to Air Yeezy shoes) that are approaching Solar Yeezy 2 prices. Does Off White...
Anyone have a solid sense of how limited were The 10 shoes? Were some pairs within that collection more limited than others? I'm still fairly surprised at how resale value is for OW Nikes in general; seems as if numbers per shoe within the 10 would be something to the tune of 10,000 pairs...
Yeah, no doubt they make the shoes stand out more. While they do look cool, I think it's a bit telling how using such alternative lace colors weren't as popular prior to OW. It just seems to me that additional colored laces were arbitrarily included in an effort to further distinguish the shoes...
I mean like for example, the Chicago 1s. They come with orange and green laces. I can KIND of see how the orange would match the orange tabs that pin the swoosh, but other than that it's a bit of a stretch. The original Chicago 1s just came with red, white, and black laces, so I wasn't sure why...
I noticed that most (if not all) of the Nike Off-White shoes come with numerous extra laces in colors that don't necessarily match the shoes they come with. Can anyone shed some light on this? Is it a "just cause" rationale by Virgil?
I haven't really kept up with the whole Off-White craze, and...
To those who recently purchased the Orange Pulse and/or Green FoG1, is the material on the cage the same as the Bones and Blacks? Was hoping they have more of a rubbery texture and isn't so prone to scratches for subsequent pairs.
Nice wear everyone! Still surprised at people who manage to keep shoes DS for so long. I personally wouldn't even think about buying a pair of shoes that I didn't like enough to want to wear as soon as I get my hands on them.
Haven't followed the OW collection at all, so my apologies if this question has already been answered, but I'm genuinely curious as to how limited the Chicago OW AJ 1s are.
I notice resell prices are around the ballpark of Air Yeezy 2s, just how difficult were the Chicago OW AJ1s to acquire at...
Try making sure the laces are fairly loose, and use the heel tab and the small loop tab in the front to help pull your feet into the shoes in place. If you don't want to risk (though unlikely) damaging the inner heel tab, I'd suggest using a shoe horn. Getting them off is going to be a bit more...
Read through numerous pages of feedback on this thread, and frankly I'm a little hesitant to pull the trigger with all the posts of technical issues. How common are problems with the lacing system? Not necessarily a deal breaker for me if the shoes don't pair consistently with my mobile device...
