2.5 days lost (especially considering those are weekend days) is major. At this point, Kanye likely isn't concerned with streams as much as he's concerned with his art and delivery. Also. he rubbed a bunch of people wrong a few times and those people aren't coming back so this seems on par.
Two way different vibes! The Keem and Kendrick good, I'll likely play it often but DONDA will likely be on spin for months/years to come...consistently too.
Kendrick will deliver but I'm anxious to see what he's on this time. DAMN was perfect but I could not and still do not get down with TPAB.
Drake last one was not great at all so I agree with you! Even going into CLB, people are acting like we know it's going to be great, we don't know! Honestly, nothing indicates that this album will be all that good. There's not even a lead single out...since when has drake not pushed a single for...
I think so too. Kanye and Cole might have dropped better albums from a wholistic standpoint but I think Tyler album is the most fun album of the bunch. I was discussing this with a friend a few weeks ago. Cole album is great but I've been playing Tyler's more...not because I feel it's better but...
I missed out on the show because I had stuff to do this morning and I was exhausted but I should not be as upset as I am about him taking Jay & Cudi off but MAN! Why?!!? And Jay is taken off to be replaced with DaBaby?
Jay and Kanye likely had a timeless track with that one...although it wasn't...
I'm talking from the sense of paying on things that only currently take FIAT such as rent, mortgages, diapers and such. Can't do that with stablecoin, right? This is a genuine question too- I'm learning everyday when it comes to this.
I might be in the minority that doesn't want a rap album by Frank. His best form is floating on tracks...not super structured but just talking (singing) his stuff. Prime example is Futura Free- one of my favorites from him, it just feels free flowing and honest.
I respect your opinion for sure but Endless is a sleeper! I wait for the day that they put it on a streaming platform in audio form. I actually thought Endless was R&B infused more than people give it credit for. The At Your Best cover as well as the joint with Jasmine Sullivan in the...
I would definitely classify Frank as R&B. Some tracks certainly have a pop appeal but the R&B elements are typically there. He's almost like a more progressive type of R&B and some of the newer artists are also going in that direction too.
