If you look at the soles of the shoes, they have been worn unevenly, which can account for the perceived different heights in the photos. It also depends how the pictures were taken, plus these shoes are pretty beat.
It's hard to say whether these are legit or not because of how beat they are, also the potato pictures you received didn't help. You need a picture from under the waffle tab to be sure, but so far they don't have any alarming signs.
Both of them are fake, the db3 has the wrong shaped toe box and the db5 is fake due to the writing on the shoe. Very fake, the list of problems could continue
These are fakes, specifically the Super Max Perfects, how I can tell is from the picture of the insoles. They shouldn't be white on the end also the two shoe inserts haven't been stamped out properly. I have been tricked with a pair like this before.
Are the pictures actually of the shoes you are going to receive? I'd ask for tagged pictures just to be sure. I don't like how it says the size 8.5 is for reference only, because the shoes in the pictures are legit, if they are the ones you are receiving. Looks like a potential bait n switch.
Are you buying these shoes from the US or from another country. The picture of the box label is already alarming. Ask for a straight on picture of the label, if possible and also check the mega guide for the Bred 1's which is above.
