definitely agree with the later sentiments vis a vis how both men & society value/view men’s well being for men’s own sake vs being productive for society…that noted, i think men are just generally less apt to be communicative about emotion eliciting stuff specifically & life stuff...

if you really want to get into it you can record self running/walking and/or hit a true running shoe shop & get your gait analyzed in store & they will also give you footwear recommendations based on the analysis 😮‍💨 whose idea was it? you’re a brave soul do (🔥🥵) yoga on a 1st link 😬…yoga not...

it could be how your foot is striking the ground/surface, check the wear on your shoes, they can tell a lil bit of the story of how you walk…where is the wear? is it kinda uniform or are the major differences in certain areas? is there any lean/tilt to the wear? is/are the heel(s) worn down...

they did try tho, some difficult shoes to fill, they were on the new version of the reboot to in living color

the other part to this is, granted folk/the world does not owe an individual understanding, you just never know what people have going on & true enough these lil inconveniences are sometimes the breaking point for them, unfortunately… which is why i’m not trying to get into it unnecessarily...

🤷🏿‍♂️ i FEEL like the road rage folk, the ‘fight me’ folk, the ‘drunken masters,’ the passive aggressors, are all their own type of special snowflakes…sometimes they overlap fasho but often times the circumstance is the accelerant…man will be a pushover in real life outside of the specific...

swear…it’s not always the case but when it is…it’s glaringly clear that they are on one…maybe moreso when i’m on a motorcycle (could be just that safety is a more visceral concern) but that definitely changes the way i drive such that i try to be more vigilant inside the bubble of a vehicle why...

that’s interesting…because why wouldn’t this rational extend to/include the crazy unpredictable person trying to get around you in a 2 ton vehicle?

answer would be the same (leaving as an aside that arms can withstand more & recover a bit better from intensity than something full body like running games in hoops)…man would have to build the capacity to be able to deal with back to back days and/or vary the intensity…free weights are tougher...

😂 honestly never looked at traffic this way, perhaps it’s from riding motorcycles, i have had folks in cars almost literally try to harm/maim me/themselves trying to impede me filtering through traffic 😂😵‍💫…i don’t think i’ll ever understand this as a motivation…i guess one could see it as zero...
