I was in Cabo last month and there are tons of things to do. Your resort should be able to get you info for activities (ATV's, booze cruise, fishing, swimming with dolphins, etc...) Always negotiate the prices for activities and use this site to gauge prices...

Some people will call this cheating but I like the season my ribs and throw them in the oven until they start to get tender and then throw them on the grill to get a char on them. DO NOT BOIL THEM! You will lose good flavor. Try it and you will be thanking me later.
