does this release apply to the USA only i wonder?

Did the raffle/ticket thing at Footlocker, number didn't get called. Waited for the official nike website release, added my shoe  at the exact time and was in the online que for a good hour before i was told all sold out sigh:(. This is in Sydney Australia. Wonder when they will restock these

Does anyone know if there will be a non elite version of the XI? I preferred the non elite version of the X as it looks better as a casual shoe. Textures on the elite versions  look too rough and sporty. Anyone know?
