I did both of my entries via VPN around 5:00 PM ET. I wonder if this means they lied and filtered out VPN entries since I never even got the loser email either.

Wake up this morning to no email at all. Guess that means I lost both.

VPN - super unlimited proxy. Had 2.1 million reviews in the AppStore. Then used private browsing in safari. I set my location to Canada if it mattered.

Finally got through with no queue with a vpn and private browsing on my iPhone.

As someone who works in a corporate IT environment, it dumbfounds me how they don't fully test the functionality and even load test the **** out of this type of transaction.

kicked out a 2nd time and wait is now over 63 minutes. I'm done.

less than 10 minute wait on both pairs, cart was empty once it came time for checkout. then rejoin at 25+ minute queue. lame.

I got my pair yesterday finally when a USPS Informed Delivery tracking number showed up 2 days later. However, I pay for the UPS My Choice which allows me to upgrade to ground and redirect for holds for free. They accepted my hold request before it even arrived in my city. They didn't honor...

UPS might have lost or stolen my pair from JD. I requested a hold to a UPS store because I wasn’t going to be home. For some reason they sent it to a post office and now it has an exception saying it was sent to the wrong post office and they are correcting it. 24+hours with no status update.

Fixed it. it didn't like something in my address that was saved for some reason. was never an issue before.
