The 85 Black/Royals do loosen up eventually. It takes a lot of wear though. It took me about two weeks straight of solid walking all day (I walk all day for work) to get them comfortable. It was hell though. For comparison I have the other 85 lows in the same size with no issues.

No it's just a supermarket store leather conditioner cream. It states it's main ingredients as Beeswax and Lanolin.

As much as I love the quality leather on the OGs I kinda wish they were pleather like the AM3 so I could wash them in the washing machine. Huaraches are dirt magnets.

All of my am3 and huaraches are the same size and they fit perfectly. If anything the huaraches seem a little bigger than my am3.

Sorry mate but I can't tell you that. These are my first pair since 1992. I normally wear sz12 in all Jordans and 13 in Nike running shoes. I got the Huaraches in 12.5 and they fit snug but not tight. If they were 13 I think they would fit me exactly the same as the 2020 retro AM3.
