Tonight… or last night(it is 1:09 am est)… I completed one of my bucket list physical achievements… which was verbally performing my poetry… in front of a live audience.
Verbally releasing my mental fear… by physically performing… definitely had a physiological effect on my body.
I feel like...
I was able to get in a sunrise… solo… Saturday morning workout… today.
My favorite park in not really set up for skill development time… so I was blessed to get some skill development time in… before the games began.
I hope everyone got their workout in this morning.

I feel like the thread is so slow… because the people who frequent the thread… have pretty much shared as much as we can… and we are all now just… doing.
I know when it comes to myself… I know you are all tired… of watching me make free throws at the park… lol.

I was privileged enough to get in an early morning workout.
My shot feels summer ready.
Foot baths have been my new recovery chore… and have been great for me… post workout.

Above are my cold plunge ice blocks… from yesterday morning… and this morning.
Every morning I sit with meditation music on… and ice my body… until the block melts.
Sometimes it feels like it takes a long time for the block to melt… but in reality that is a tell… of my mental impatience...
It seems like you already have the answers.
I believe that tweaking your diet, limiting alcohol consumption, and pre-workout stretching will strengthen your workouts… and post stretching… healthy after workout meals… and no post workout alcohol will help you maximize your rest… and recovery...
Real talk… I believe that you can become your best self in the future… if you re-start… now.
If you retrain yourself like a baby… and have patience… and prioritize recovery… your micro training will turn into macro training… and your body will become whatever you want it to be… in time.

It is going to be 80+ degrees today in Allentown, PA.
I already got an outside basketball workout at the park this morning.
I am excited for artificial intelligence…. or a power outage… to stop work for everyone… and to take jobs from everyone… so socialism can begin…and so everyone… can...
Today is the first of the month… and this morning… I was grateful enough to be able to do my first workout this month… outside.
Today in Allentown, PA the temperature is supposed to be 76 degrees… and I am going to spend as much time as I can… getting warm sunlight and fresh air.

It was over 32 degrees this morning... so I decided to get some shots up... at the park.
Next Friday in Allentown, PA... where I am located... it is supposed to be 71 degrees.
I am excited for the warm to melt the cold.

For my cold plunge... i decided to walk... in shorts.
With the wind chill... it was close to 0 degrees.
I felt great afterwards.
