Red coloration should be darker than compared to the chicagos and black toes. I can't tell for sure, but from your pic the color seems a tad lighter than I would expect.  the best way is to check the insoles.  Yank those out and see if the glue pattern underneath matches...

gonna call fugazi on these.  I've never seen this colorway, but maybe it's real... that jumpman on the inside of the tongue had me laughing, like stick figure jordan. 

The spacing on the nike air tag on the tongue seems a bit off.  R D on Jordan not touching is a dead giveaway of a fugazi.

Legit.  looks like my pair, unless we both got played.  I dont think fakes are as rampant with the black toes compared to the breds / royals.

I think fugazi.  rear silhouette looks funky, maybe cause they're worn, but the heel just looks off to me.  Also the toe cap leather looks way too jagged to be authentic.  Anyone else care to comment?

Wings logo, top of the wing should be pointing to the top lace hole. trade mark sign on the logo looks jacked up.  there are inconsistencies here, look at the logo on the in soles, those look too fresh to have been pre worn.  Seriously those logos start to rub off after 1 wear, unless this dude...

I finally got in contact with the ebayer yesterday.  They purchased these from an Nike Factory Outlet in TJ.  Strange thing is, I felt a lot better about the shoes after finding that out. I mean it makes more sense since, everyone slept on these, why would anyone bother faking them.  I wish JB...

Based on what I know so far, I would say your pair looks legit. I would wait for others to respond. I want to get my pair checked too.  Do your insole have the Nike Air Logo facing different directions?  This supposedly is one of the best checks, but given the production errors on the pairs...

fugazi - clear peaks visible on heels / collar panel.  I think when those frags came out, Jordan brand moved to the smaller square tab in the back. these don't look right.
