Alinea is great. I’d also recommend Smyth and Oriole. I’ve heard mixed reviews about Ever. I’ve only gone to the attached bar, After and the bar menu was just ok.

I’d check Sunflower. Just grabbed a pair of the baggy leather pants on deep discount from ssense and was pleased with the fit. Not sure if they’re still available but they offered a couple denim pairs in a similar cut as well. May be worth a shot.

As far as steakhouses go, I liked scotch 80 prime in Palms a couple years back. Bazaar Meat in SLS is good but the atmosphere is kind of odd. Bavette’s is good too and then there’s Carversteak in resort world. Very little experience off the strip. I need to check out SW.

Orlebar brown sabastian or sunspel rivera polos are my go tos. Can’t speak to their short sleeve polos but sid mashburn makes great long sleeve polos as well.
